About

Periodically a good homebuilder will pause and take measure of the work they have accomplished to see if they have made a positive difference in the lives of their clients as well as their employees. Did we deliver the expectations we set out to fulfill? Were our customers comfortable and did they understand the building process and systems?

Baldwin Homes has built a team that works together to ensure positive answers to these questions. We support each other in order to meet the goals of our clients, as well as those of our company. These challenges are met by attaining a level of commitment, collaboration, planning and expertise by our team.

We proudly belong to, commit, serve and support the National Association of Home Builders, which in turn, educates and informs us of the latest trends and issues while providing opportunities and programs that enable us to excel.

The Certified Master Homebuilder Program is one such designation. In order to attain this designation a member must be screened, and found to have the integrity and knowledge and continue to further their education. Our officers and employees regularly attend trade shows, symposiums and seminars to keep abreast of industry trends and issues.

Baldwin Homes is proud to be a Southern Living Custom Home Builder.
